The farmhouse is located just at the border of the village of Percelada and is easily accessible via various paved and unpaved quiet roads. Percelada is a small village with a few amenities such as some cafes and a small grocery. Tábua is about 10 km away. Tábua is a small town with the main facilities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 60 km and 50 km away.
