What is it?
This slate stone house was renovated in 2009 which include all the windows have been replaced with plastic frames with double glazing. The windows on the ground floor have shutters. The house is attractive and liveable. The space downstairs that used to be storage room, is now a large cozy living room / kitchen with a wood stove. The top floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a white goods space. The living area is about 140m². There are also a few outbuildings used as a workshop and for storage. This area is about 30m².

Water is obtained from a bore hole and the house is connected to electricity.
Is there an outside?
The corresponding land of about 1500 m² is relatively flat and has several fruit trees and grapes. The house is rustic and pretty. The IC6 runs about 150 meters away so the house is not suitable for those seeking tranquility.
Where is it?
The house is located about 2 km from the village Sinde and about 3 km from the Aquinos furniture factory. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Sinde is a small village with a few cafes and a small grocery. Tábua is about 8 km. In this little province town you will find with all major facilities like restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, swimming pool, library and weekly market. A train station is about 20 minutes away and the larger city Coimbra is about 60 km away.
