This granite mansion is a beautiful authentic house from the beginning of the last century. The house is still largely in its original state. It has two floors and an attic, each about 97 m². The living area is on the first floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and office with access to the attic, a bathroom and a kitchen, all accessible via a central corridor. The storage areas are on the ground floor. The house is habitable but does not meet the current living requirements.
Behind the house are several outbuildings including an outdoor kitchen, garage, covered terrace and kennel.

How are the facilities?
The house is connected to electricity and water, but it has also its own well. There is a septic tank for drainage, but the sewage system runs through the street and the house can be connected to it if desired.

Around the house is a pavement and an ornamental garden, and behind and next to the house is a nice flat plot with many olive and fruit trees including orange, mandarin, lemon, cherry, apple, pear, medlar and almond. Where is it?
The house is located in the village of Sinde. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Sinde itself has a cafe. Tábua is about 5 km away. In this small provincial town, all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 60 km away.
