The plot is located between the two villages of Vila Cova de Alva and Vinhó. The accessibility is good. The last 2 km are a well passable sandy path (for which it is planned to be asphalted). The village of Vila Cova de Alva is about 2 km away. Here are some small shops and some cafes. Côja, where most amenities are available on a small scale, is about 5 km away. Here you will also find a river beach, a camping site and several restaurants. Arganil is located at a distance of about 20 km. In this small provincial town all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 70 km away.
