It concerns a plot of 500m² that is classified as building land according to the current zoning plan, which means that there are ample building possibilities. The exact options will have to be checked with the municipality. Many grape vines and some olive and fruit trees (including apple, pear, plum, medlar) grow on the ground, with which the future house can already have a mature garden. The ground is flat and walled/fenced. From the ground there are wide views in various places, including the mountains.

Water, electricity and sewage already run along the ground, which means that connection costs are relatively low.
Where is it?
The land is located in the village of Quintela. The plot borders the paved road on both the east and west sides. The actual entrance is on the west side. Quintela itself has no amenities, but Tábua is only 1 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 65 km away.
