This detached house was built in the 1970s and has undergone a number of renovations in recent years. For example, the windows and wooden frames have been replaced by aluminum frames with double glazing, the bathroom and kitchen have been renovated and a spacious apartment has been created on the ground floor. The living area of approximately 116 m² is on the first floor and consists of a corridor, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office. The large balcony is reached by the front door and the living room. A fixed staircase leads to the attic, which is suitable for storage. On the ground floor, also accessible via a fixed internal staircase, is the apartment with approximately 116 m² living space. The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a connection for a wood stove. There are also two more rooms that can be used for different purposes. Underneath the house is a cellar that can be reached via an outside staircase.
Next to the house is a large covered terrace where, for example, an outdoor kitchen can be made. Next to this terrace is a built-in above ground swimming pool and under the terrace is a large barn of 80m² with various compartments. A small granite shed, not yet registered, is located somewhat further on the site.

The house has double glazing and shutters on the living floor and (partly) in the apartment. The house is connected to the water mains, but there is also a private water source that could be connected to the house. The granite shed can also be connected to water and electricity relatively easily.
Is there outdoor space?
The house and outbuildings are situated on a beautiful rural and varied plot. The ground is made up of terraces. There is a wide variety of fruit trees such as lemon, orange, plum, peach, grape, persimmon, apple, pomegranate, fig, olive and cherry. And also, cork oaks, (umbrella) pines and oaks grow on the property.
The large registered surface area offers this property various possibilities such as B&B, studio or hobby space or, for example, keeping animals. The view is rural and wide and there is sun almost all day.
Where is it?
The accessibility is good via a paved road. Tábua is about 2 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are available such as shops, post office, banks, first aid, schools, restaurants, bus station and weekly market. From the house you are on the highway in 5 minutes. The larger city of Coimbra is about 50 km away. There is a train station at ±7 km; in just under 2 or 3 hours you are in Porto or Lisbon.
