This detached house was built in the late 70s and has undergone a number of renovations in recent years. The accessibility is good via a paved road. A cafe / restaurant (vegan) is less than 1 km away, but there are no other facilities in Barras. Tábua is around 2 km away. This small province town has all important facilities such as shops, post office, banks, first aid, schools, restaurants, bus station and weekly market. In less than 5 minuts you reach a motor way and in about 10 minutes you have a railway station. The larger city of Coimbra is around 50 km away. Lisbon and Porto are about 3 respectively 2 hours drive.
