What is it?
This detached house was built in the beginning of 2000 and is largely on the ground floor. The house is situated on a plot of approximately 2.500 m². The area around the house is walled. The ground behind the house is mainly forest land (burned) and can be reached via a staircase from the house or a sandy path at the top of the plot. Both the house and the ground have a wide view of the mountains.
Where is it?
The house is situated between 2 small villages. The accessibility is good via a paved road. These villages have no facilities but at 1.5 km is a restaurant. Vila Nova de Poiares is about 7 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present, such as shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, restaurants, medical practice, schools, library and weekly market. Coimbra is about 35 km away.
