What is it?
This well maintained, detached house was built in the years 80. It has a construction area of 330 m² and consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor is the technical room, an office, a bathroom with shower, and there is a large open space that can be used for different purposes. The house is on the edge of the village of Touriz. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Midões is 2 km away: a friendly village with many amenities such as a post office, supermarkets, bank, bakery, cafes and restaurants. Oliveira do Hospital and Tábua are about 10 km away. In these small provincial towns are all kinds of facilities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, small hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger towns of Coimbra and Viseu are about 70 km and 60 km away respectively.
