What is it?
This detached house was built in the 90s and is mostly in good condition. The house consists of three floors with an area of approximately 137 m² each. The living floor is on the ground floor. Here you will find a living room, a spacious fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a mezzanine. The living room has a covered veranda. A fixed internal staircase gives access to a spacious attic that is not yet furnished, but has plenty of daylight through 6 skylights and a normal window. The ground floor is accessible via the outside entrance. Here you will find an indoor garage and a simple apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, sitting room and bathroom.

The house is located on the edge of the center of Tábua. The accessibility is good. The house is very convenient to all kinds of amenities such as schools, shops, weekly market, bus station etc. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km away respectively.
