What is it?
This detached house was built in the 1980s. The house has a living area of approximately 80 m², which is largely located on the ground floor. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen with living room and veranda, a bedroom, a bathroom and an office space. The living room has a beautiful view of the mountains. The attic can be reached via a staircase and there is another bedroom. Behind the house is a carport and a workshop / technical room.
How are the facilities?
The house is connected to electricity and mains water. It has a septic tank for drainage, but connection to the sewage system is possible. The house is heated by diesel central heating and the living room has a fireplace with built-in cassette.
Around the is a garden, part of wich is terrace. The remaing part is furnished as an ornamental garden, with a number of fruit-bearing trees such as lemon, orange and olive.
Where is it?
The accessibility is good via a paved (quiet) village road. The village itself is a quiet authentic Portuguese village with a few cafes and a small grocery shop. Tábua is about 12 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctors’ practice, schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 65 km away.
