What is it?
This detached house was built at the beginning of 2000. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor with a total living space of approximately 168 m². On the ground floor are an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom en suite and a shared bathroom (with bath). On the first floor are three more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom (with bath). Two bedrooms have access to a balcony.

The house is on the edge of the village of Anceriz. The accessibility is good via a quiet village road. In Ancerizis a cafe . The nearest village with some smaller facilities is Vila Cova de Alva, which is 3 km away. Côja is about 10 kilometer away. This dynamic village has various facilities such as shops, bakery, bank, post office, restaurants, ambulance station and a river beach. Tábua, Oliveira do Hospital and Arganil are around 20 km away. In these small provincial towns all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library and weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 80 km and 70 km away respectively.
