What is it?
This detached house was built in early 2000. The house consists of two floors and has a living area of over 220 m². On the ground floor are a hall, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with bath. The kitchen has a back entrance with a covered terrace. The first floor is reached via a fixed staircase. On this floor are also two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large study. Behind the house is an outbuilding (not registered). Here are a garage, a toilet, a white goods room and a barbecue. The house is basically habitable but does require a facelift due to overdue maintenance.
How about the facilities?
The house has access to mains water and the electricity grid, but is currently not connected. In principle, the Internet is easily available. The aluminum windows are double glazed and have shutters. Throughout the house is gas central heating.
The house has a garden of approximately 500 m². This plot is completely walled and fenced. An ornamental garden is created at the front of the house and behind the annex is a garden that is yet to be arranged. The space behind and in front of the house is tiled.
Where is it?
The accessibility is good via a paved road. The house is located a few hundred meters from Tábua, private without being isolated. Tábua is a small provincial town with the most important facilities such as restaurants (including one under the apartments), shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km away respectively.
