What is it?
This authentic detached manor has recently been restored (2017). While retaining authentic elements, it has been transformed into a comfortable and attractive home. The house has a living area of approximately 400 m², spread over two floors and an attic. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a utility room with an additional bathroom. The first floor and the attic are reached via wide fixed stairs. On the first floor are also three bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. The attic is a beautiful open space that can be used for various purposes.
In addition to the house there are two outbuildings. The one annex of approximately 37 m² is used as a workshop. The other outbuilding of approximately 96 m² consists of various spaces where, among other things, the animals stayed and the bread oven is located. Central heating with radiators heats the rooms on the ground floor. The heating boiler is connected to a 300 liter solar water heater and can be fired by gas as well.

Various olive and fruit trees and pavements guarantee pleasant sun or shady seats. Behind the house the ground rises and there are terraces with also olive and fruit trees.
The property is 10 meters from the river Alva. Between the property and the river is a walking path to Ponte de Tres Entradas. Less than 100 meters away is a local river beach with a cozy bar.
Where is it?
The house is on the edge of the village of São Sebastião da Feira. The accessibility is good via a paved road. In summer a cozy bar is built up on the river beach. The nearest village is Ponte de Tres Entradas, one km away, it has a number of small amenities such as a café, butcher and restaurant. Oliveira do Hospital is approximately 10 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library, small hospital and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is around 70 km away.
