What is it?
This imposing mansion dates from the end of the 19th century. Until now it is owned by the same family. The house has a building area of approximately 350 m², divided over three floors. The accessibility is good via a paved road. The village of Fiais da Beira has a café and a restaurant. The nearest larger village is Ervedal da Beira at 4 km. Here is a bank, post office, doctor’s office, pharmacy, school, restaurant, cafes, bakery and a few small shops for groceries. Tábua and Carregal do Sal are around 10 km away. In these small provincial towns all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctors’ practice, schools, library and weekly market. There is also a train station in Carregal do Sal. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 70 km and 50 km away respectively.
