What is it?
This detached house stands on the edge of a village. In the 90’s it is completely renovated into a comfortable home. The house consists of two independent apartments. The upper floor has a hallway, a spacious kitchen, living room and large bathroom with tub. It also has two covered terraces. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a kitchenette (possible to separate from the rest of the unit), a kitchen, a second bathroom and also a covered terrace. The living area including the covered terraces is about 220 m².
What about the facilities?

Is there an outside?
The plot consists of two parts of a total of approximately 1100 m² flat ground. The part around the house is partially paved and has a charming garden, with various fruit trees and ornamental plants. This section is largely walled. The other part (465m²) is now used as a vegetable garden. Here grow fruit and olive trees.
This property is characterized (among other things) by the many outbuildings. In total there are six outbuildings. Where is it?
The house lies at the edge of the village Gaiate. The accessibility is good via a paved road. The last 100 meters are quite narrow. Gaiate has no facilities. In Semide, about 4 km away, is a café. At about 7 km away are two bigger places, Miranda do Corvo and Lousã, with all major facilities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, library and weekly market. The larger city Coimbra is about 15 km.
