This house was built in 2006 and has been well maintained in recent years. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor are an entrance hall, a bedroom, a living room with fitted open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a storage room and a stair cupboard. The living room gives access to a large terrace with barbecue. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with bath and one with shower). One of the bedrooms has a built-in closet. There is also a terrace at the front of the house. The gross registered floor area is 151 m². The registered living area is 133 m². Under the terrace is another storage space.
How are the facilities?
The house was built according to the standards of the time. The roof and walls are insulated, the windows are double glazed and have shutters. There are 3 air-conditioning units for heating and an open fireplace in the living room.
Mains water and electricity are connected and there is a well. The house has good internet coverage. For drainage there is a septic tank.
Outdoor space?
The accompanying land is approximately 2.800 m², consisting of several terraces with some fruit and olive trees. The ground is fairly flat. Behind the house is a swimming pool with terrace.
Specifics?
The location is rural without being isolated. From the terrace on the north side are beautiful views to the valley of the river Mondego and the mountains of the Caramulo. The river Mondego is less than a kilometer away.
Where is it?
The domain is located just outside the village of Espadanal. Espadanal itself has no facilities but there is a cafe about 1 km away and the village is also about one km from the River Mondego. Tábua is about 5 km away. This is a small provincial town where the main amenities are available, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, swimming pool, library and weekly market. A train station is about 15 minutes’ drive away and the larger city of Coimbra is about 60 km away.
