This village house was partially burned in 2017. The house has a registered built-up area of 122m². Under the house were spacious storage spaces and a garage. The garage is still intact. The first floor consisted of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet. The living room and the kitchen are still usable, although they have sustained smoke damage. The bathroom is also intact but no longer accessible. The living area is 96 m². A good basis is still there to turn it into a charming village house.

Where is it?
The house is on the outskirts of the village of Covas and can be reached via a paved road. In Covas are a school (up to 6 years old) and a few cafés. Larger places are Tábua and Oliveira do Hospital, about a 10 km drive away. In these small provincial towns all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctors’ practice, hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is approximately 65 km away.
