This house is in a rural area under the smoke of Oliveira do Hospital. The house dates from the 70s and has not changed much since then. Lagos da Beira is an authentic historic village with a relatively high heritage. There are some small amenities in the village. Oliveira do Hospital is approximately 3 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present such as shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, small hospital, schools, library, restaurants and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is around 70 km away.
