What is it?
In recent years several parts of this detached house have been renovated, turning it into a house with contemporary comfort and the charm of the 60s. The house has two floors. The first floor is the living-floor with an area of approximately 150 m². This does not include a veranda of about 13m². Where is it?
The house is located on a village road on the outskirts of the village of Cancela. The accessibility is good. The larger through roads IP3 and IC12 are relatively close. Cancela has a number of facilities such as a café, petrol station (with café) and a garden center. The ecopiste (a car-free bike path) is at about 2km. Santa Comba Dão, Tábua and Carregal do Sal are 5, 7 km and 9 km away respectively. In these small provincial towns are the main facilities such as shops, supermarkets, post office, restaurants, banks, medical practice, schools, library, bus station, train station (3 km) and weekly market. The larger towns of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 40 and 30 km away respectively.
