What is it?

The plot lies between the two villages Vila Cova de Alva and Vinhó. The accessibility is good. The last 2 km are a good passable sandy path. The village of Vila Cova de Alva is about 2 km away. Here are some small shops and a few cafes. Côja, with most facilities available on a small scale, is about 5 km away. Here you will find a river beach, a camping and several restaurants. At a distance of about 20 km is Arganil. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 70 km away.
