Côja, where most of the facilities are available on a small scale, is approximately 5 km away. Here you will find a river beach, camping site and various restaurants. Arganil is around 20 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is around 70 km away.
