What is it?

The quinta is very private in a wooded area with no immediate neighbors. Nevertheless, it is also close to civilization. The river Alva is about 2 km away.

Where is it?
The accessibility is reasonable to good via a sandy path of about 700 m.
The pleasant village of Mouronho is 2.5 km away and the EN 17 about 4 km. Here one can take the express bus to Coimbra and Lisbon (and other buses). Mouronho has cafes, a grocery store and a post office, among other things. Arganil and Tábua are approximately 5 and 12 km away respectively. These small provincial towns have the most important facilities such as shops, supermarkets, post office, restaurants, banks, doctors practice, schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city Coimbra is about 55 km away.
