This quinta consists of two houses registered as residential and four outbuildings, on a slope overlooking the Serra da Estrela and the Serra do Açor. One house consists of three floors, of which the top two have a residential destination. The lower floor is for storage. The living floor above consists of 3 rooms, a toilet and a room that used to be the kitchen. In front of this floor is a large veranda with beautiful panoramic views. The top floor consists of 3 rooms, a room where the kitchen used to be and a toilet. The living spaces are still habitable in a basic way, but do not meet the current living requirements. The registered living area is 234 m². The other building registered as a residence has a construction area of 134 m².
There are also four outbuildings on the property. The total registered area of these buildings is 227 m².
How are the facilities?
Mains water, electricity and sewage are present and only need to be connected. There are also a number of water sources in the form of a well and a water mine.
Outdoor space?
The accompanying plot has a registered area of 8,200 m². It is partly grassland and partly forest land. The grassland consists of terraces.
Specifics?
The quinta is located south and has a beautiful view over the valley of the Alva, and on the Serra da Estrela and the Serra do Açor. The current owners have had a tourist project designed for the entirety, but due to personal circumstances they have decided not to realize it. The project is available to the new owner. The project has not yet been submitted to the municipality.
Where is it?
This quinta is located between the villages of Venda de Galizes and Nogueira do Cravo. The accessibility is fair to good. The last 400 meters are a sandy path. Both villages have a number of amenities such as cafes, grocery, restaurant and bank. Oliveira do Hospital is about 6 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, library, small hospital and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 65 km away.
