What is it?
This quinta consists of a plot with terraces and a storage house. The storage house is largely made of granite and has been enlarged over the years and converted into a holiday home, but without official residence destination. On the ground floor are a kitchen, a bathroom and a side room where a wooden staircase gives access to the first floor. On this floor are a loft, a bedroom and another bathroom. The premises are more or less habitable but needs to be further finished. The actual construction area is about 80 m², registered as 50 m². In front of the house is a garage of about 40 m² with a roof terrace (not registered).
How about the facilities?
The plot has its own water via a well and a water mine, electricity and the drain is via a septic tank.
Any outdoor space?
The associated land is approximately 3.150 m², but possibly somewhat larger. It consists of beautiful flat terraces with solid granite walls. The forest fire of 2017 affected the vegetation of this quinta, but not the buildings. However, part of the vegetation (olive and strawberry trees) is already coming back.
Where is it?
The quinta can be reached via the village of Vila Chã. The last part is a sandy path of about 300 meters. Vila Chã has a local café. Oliveira do Hospital and Tábua are about 8 and 10 km away respectively. In these provincial towns are all kinds of facilities are present, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, small hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger towns of Coimbra and Viseu are about 70 km and 60 km away respectively.
