What is it?
It is a plot whith a house that has a residential destination. The single storey house with annex has an area of about 78 m², and consists largely of stone. There are three indoor spaces without a specific destination. The house is not habitable.
What about the facilities?
The quinta has a private well. Electricity runs nearby (50m). For discharge a septic tank should be made.
Is there an outside?
The quinta consists of a plot of approximately 5.000 m². It is largely agricultural land with olive trees, vines and some fruit trees (fig, meddler, peach). The land is divided into beautiful terraces and is well maintained. A small part of it is forest land with mainly pines.
Due to stricter policy it is increasingly difficult to get a residence permit for smaller plots in rural areas. In this house however, habitation is entitled, because it already has a residential destination.
Where is it?
This quinta is situated just outside the village of Oliveira Fazemão. The accessibility is good via a paved road. The last 20 meters are a dirt road. Tábua is about 5 km away. This is a central municipality with all the main facilities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km away.
