What is it?
This house was built in the 80s and has always been well maintained since then. The house has a living area of approximately 188 m² consisting of two floors. From the ground and the house is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Caramulo. Probably (part of) the land lies in a constructable (urban) zone, which will offer extra building possibilities.

Where is it?
The property is conveniently located on the outskirts of the village of Midões. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Midões is a pleasant village with some facilities such as a post office, supermarket, bank, bakery, cafes and restaurants. Oliveira do Hospital and Tábua are approximately 10 km away. In these small provincial towns all kinds of facilities are present such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, small hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 70 km and 60 km away respectively.
