What is it?
This house was built in the 80s and has always been well maintained since then. The house has a living area of approximately 188 m² consisting of two floors. On the ground floor are a hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an office, the living room and the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the garage and a white goods room. Above the garage is another room that has no current destination. Beneath the garage and the white goods room is a basement. A fixed staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and another living space.
There are also two outbuildings (not registered). One annex has an outside kitchen and some sties for small cattle and it has a large canopy. The other outbuilding consists of two floors and is especially suitable for storage.
What about the facilities?
The walls and roof of the house are insulated. Some windows are double glazed and all windows have shutters. The house is connected to the mains, electricity and sewerage. There is also a private well. Central heating is throughout the house. The boiler burns on diesel oil.
The house is situated on a beautiful, fairly flat plot of land of over 1.2 hectares. Many mature fruit trees grow around the house such as apricot, fig, citrus, peach, cherry, apple and pear. There are also vines and olive trees. The ground around the house is paved and an ornamental garden has been laid out. Because the plot is fairly flat, it is easy to maintain.
From the ground and the house is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Caramulo. Probably (part of) the land lies in a constructable (urban) zone, which will offer extra building possibilities.
